Tips & Tricks: How to do research collaboratively using WorldCat and EndNote
The Br. Fidelis Leddy Learning Resource Center (LRC) would like to invite you to attend our webinar entitled "Tips & Tricks: How to do research collaboratively using WorldCat and EndNote".
WorldCat Discovery will be facilitated by Mr. Perseus Rex M. Molina, Head Librarian at the Technical Services Unit of LRC. Rex worked as the sole librarian in Kalayaan College before joining De La Salle University (DLSU) as an associate librarian in 2013. He was first assigned at the reference desk, and there he developed or administered various cloud computing applications, for more efficient and manageable reference service. He also handled the various social media accounts of the DLSU Libraries. Later on he was appointed the Libraries' Assistant Director for Support Services, while also holding two concurrent positions: Coordinator for Instructional Media Services and Coordinator for Systems Services. However, over a year later, he opted to transfer to sister school De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde where he now works Technical Services Head while pursuing his graduate studies. His other professional interests include widgets, cloud computing, and economical productivity solutions for libraries. He has earned his bachelor degree in Library and Information Science from the University of the Philippines.
EndNote 20 will be facilitated by Ms. Dju-Lyn Chng, Solution Consultant – Southeast Asia, Science Group at Clarivate. As Solution Consultant specializing in Scientific & Scholarly research, Dju-Lyn is responsible for pre-sales and post-sales client engagements across Southeast Asia. She works closely with the Ministry of Education in Malaysia, Ministry Of Research, Technology, And Higher Education in Indonesia, as well as top research universities in the region on collaborative projects and custom insights. Dju-Lyn has more than 15 years of extensive experience in STM publishing covering various research fields such as medical education, medical informatics and evidence-based medicine.
