Peng Guo will be the resource speaker for this learning session. Peng Guo graduated with an MA in media and cultural analysis from Loughborough University UK. He has been in the publishing industry for over 11 years and now works as the Sales Manager for Asia Pacific at De Gruyter. Prior to De Gruyter, Peng worked with Cambridge University Press (CUP) and British Medical Journal (BMJ) for 8 years and 3 years respectively. During his career in publishing, Peng has gained experience in the promotion and sales of ebooks, journals and databases across cultures and countries, as well as continually evolving his knowledge of journal and book publishing.  In addition he has provided assistance to potential authors in both the book and journal publishing sectors. An IT background in his early career has given Peng the leverage to assist various libraries in building their digital collections.
