JoVE User-Education Training Session

The  Br. Fidelis Leddy Center for Learning Resources (CLR) would like to invite you to attend our user-education training session on JoVE.

JoVE - is the world's leading producer and provider of science videos that increase the productivity and efficacy of STEM research and science education. With a library of over 18,000 videos spread across multiple disciplines, these videos provide the depth needed to meet the needs of science students and researchers at all levels.

The training session will cover the following topics :

  • An overview of JoVE and platform navigation
  • Showcase different collections and updates to own content
  • Highlight the revamped JoVE Quizzes and Playlists
  • Demonstrate embedding JoVE content into own courses
  • Guide faculty on creating and activating their JoVE Faculty Access to ensure smooth sharing of videos with students (this step helps avoid errors and reduces the hassle for students, as they don’t need to create their accounts)
  • Provide additional support services, such as free syllabus/textbook mapping as part of the library subscription

NOTE:  This session will be conducted via Zoom and is limited to a maximum of 300 participants only.
